We are huge foodies as would except a farming family to be, we value simple and pure foods, we are mostly vegetarian and we strive to eat 100% organic foods. I love to cook and bake healthy, indulgent  and delicious meals and I also value frugal and cost effective meals---especially for large families like ours.  Eating healthy and gourmet foods do not have to be expensive!
